STRENGTH: Deadlifts  3x3 @ 80%, 2x1 @ 85%, 2x1 @ 90%, 3x5 @ 70% explosive

WOD: 4 RFT

15 x Box Jumps (24"/20") - jump on top of box and 180 spin off to other side

10 x Power Cleans (135/95)

15 x Goblet Squats (53/35) - holding kb upside down where the insertion point of handle and bell meet, kb can't touch your body in any way or its a NO REP!!!!!
