10 x Push Press

15 x Wall Ball

7 x Pull-ups

*Each movement is designed to be done without letting go of the bar, ball and pull-up bar.. If the bar drops to the floor on push press before all 10 are completed you start back at rep 1. The med ball hits the floor before all 15 are completed same thing. If you drop from the pull-up bar before all 7 start back over.

*Score is total number of reps possible
