Weighted Push-Ups

This workout was the CrossFit White Rock WOD 1 time on 09/18/2012

STRENGTH: Weighted Push-Ups 10x2

Start in the top of the push-up, have a partner load weight on your back. Successfully lower yourself until chest touches the floor and extend the arms to full lock out at the top. ***If you fail on the first rep of a set you can't redo that rep. Have your partner take the weight off, shake your arms out and try for rep two. If you have a failed rep in a set you can't record in your total load. Only add up the weight from all completed sets of 2.
