For time: 30 Wall ball 10 Box Jumps 50 situps 20 Wall Ball 20 Box Jumps 50 Situps 10 Wall Ball 30 Box Jumps 50 Situps *Your allowed 1 break for the entire sets and reps of wall balls. If ball hits the floor after 1 break there is a 10 burpee penalty at end of workout
