In teams of 2 complete the following:
150 x Med Ball Cleans
80 x Handstand Push-ups
150 x Pull-ups
*One person working while the other is running 200m. When person gets back from run partners switch and person that was running takes over where the other left off.
*There is a 35 minute time cap!
