10 x HSPU

10:00-20:00

3 rounds of:
5 x Bear Complex (135/95)
10 x C2B

20:00-30:00

3 rounds of:
10 x Shoot Throughs
10 x Toes to bar

*Each mini wod of 3 rounds you have 10 minutes to complete. If you finish the 3 rounds before the ten minutes you can rest the rest of the remaining time. If the 10 minute mark or 20 minute mark approaches and you have not completed those 3 rounds you move onto the next mini wod. You score this total number of completed reps.
