This workout was the CrossFit White Rock WOD 1 time on 09/08/2012

Two people on a team

One person doing HSPU while the other is holding the bottom of an air squat. Once person comes out of bottom of squat partners switch places. Do not move on until your team has completed 60 x HSPU then a 400M run

One person doing Kettlebell swings while the other is holding the support position at the top of a ring dip. Once person drops from rings, partners switch places. Do not move on until your team has completed
 100 x Kettlebell swings then a 400M run

One person doing Wall Balls while the other is performing burpees. When the person doing wall balls drops the ball the person doing burpees stops and partners switch. Perfrom 150 x Burpees and 150 x Wallballs as a team then a 400M run.
