7 x Squat Clean Thrusters (135/95)

15 x Bar Lateral Burpees

75 x Double Unders

*If you can't do Double Unders you will do a 3:1 ratio for Singles to Doubles. Which means people who can't do double unders will perform 3 rounds of 225 singles!!!
