Death by Handstand Push Ups

This workout was the CrossFit White Rock WOD 2 times on 10/20/2011 , 01/27/2012

 For REPS

Minute 1: Do 1 Handstand Push Ups with or without Kip

Minute 2: Do 2 Handstand Push Ups

Minute 3: Do 3 Handstand Push Ups ... and so on, adding one more rep for each minute.
Do only the required reps for that round, and use the remainder of the minute to recover. Continue until you cannot complete all the reps for that minute.
