STRENGTH: EMOM for 5 minutes, 3 x Back Squats @ 85%, then 1 x Back Squat every 30 seconds for 2 minutes @ 90%

 

WOD: 12min AMRAP (reps) of:

12 x Explosive hand release push-ups

40 x Double Unders

12 x Knees to elbows
