I have no clue what the F I was doing but I think I fell more than I got the bar over my head. couldn't get 140#....suck a nut. then the metcon. lets not talk about that. DU sucked. wall balls were terrible. KB sucked ass. DU got worse. only hit 300 total. my conditioning is reallly pathetic.

I was so beat. only got 130 on my snatch and was interrupted on cleans but got to 160#. came back later and did metcon with Kathleen and Kyle. substituted MU for C2B and rind dips. finished around 9:30 I think. was super tired, but felt really good.
