Step One: Free Beginners' Class
First, come on down for a free beginners' class. You will learn more about CrossFit and get in a WOD (Workout Of the Day) to see if CrossFit White Rock might be a good fit for you. (Alternatively, if you already know CrossFit is for you, feel free to skip ahead to Step 2 and sign up for an Elements Workshop.)
We prefer that people call and schedule your beginners' class, but if you have any trouble doing so, just come to the scheduled class and we'll be happy to put you through our workout.
Step Two: Elements
Your next step is an Elements Workshop, a two-week-long series of 6 classes, which will teach you the basic techniques (including key movements from gymnastics, powerlifting, Olympic lifting, and kettlebelling) and ramp you up to full CrossFit intensity. Elements Workshops are a mandatory pre-requisite for general membership. For more info on Elements, read our FAQ
If the Elements Workshop class times do not fit your schedule, or if you would prefer more individualized attention, email us to sign up for Elements Private Lessons. These can be done individually or with multiple people. Please see our Pricing & Policies Page for more info
Once you have 'graduated' from our Elements program, you can jump right into our CrossFit Group Training. Remember, you only improve if you show up! Are you ready?
